M.W.C.E.A. provides programs and services to meet the individual learning needs of students show have mild, moderate, or severe disabilities and/or those who are gifted and talented.First Nation values embrace the belief that all children can learn and reach their potential in an environment conducive to meeting their learning needs. For First Nation learners with special needs, learning environments must be based on the philosophy of holistic (mind, body, emotion and spirit) learning and inclusive of language/culture and parental/community involvement.
